We can supply some options for your event

We will provide two staff, introduce the evening, explain how the betting works and introduce each race including a good mention for the sponsors. We will also supervise the Tote, the package includes

• Projector and Screen
• 8 x 8 horse races 
• 16 races in sealed boxes to allow random choice
• Compare and sound system
• Tote tickets and Tote system
• Supply Tote Tickets for sale of owners of each horse before the night
• Tote Tickets for sale of jockeys of each horse on the night as side bets
• Race Cards to have on the tables or to give to people as they arrive. Include advertising and credits for the various sponsors

Total Price: £115:00 incl vat Travel to the venue (50 mile radius of Bracknell thereafter 0.25p per mile). Also any London Congestion charges will also be charged at the fixed rate where applicable.

* £5:00 buys 10 chips with a chance of a prize for the highest amount of chips by the end of the evening - all monies go into the charity pot, no cash prizes (ideal for evenings with card players in the audience) - Please Note Play ceases during all races.
